You are welcome to enjoy the bathrobes provided in your room free of charge during your stay.
If you would like to purchase one to take home with you — perhaps because you find them as lovely as we do — they are available for €75 each at the reception desk of the ibis Budget & Adagio Access building.
Please note: in case of loss or theft, the cost of €75 per robe will be charged to your bill.

It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments. If we notice you smoked inside the apartments, a fine of 150 euro will be charged immediately. You can smoke on the balcony.

The voltage in the apartments is 220 volts. Adapters can be obtained at the ibis Budget & Adagio Access hotel reception desk.

You can request a free laundry pass at the reception of ibis Budget & Adagio Access, which gives you access to the Laundry Room located on level -1 of the ibis Budget & Adagio Access building. You’ll find a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at your disposal, and detergent is also provided. The laundry service is free of charge — you just need to sign for a laundry card at reception, use it for your laundry, and return it afterwards.

The combi oven is a multifunctional oven with microwave and convection function. A brief guide can be found at the end of this brochure.

In case of fire, please leave the building as soon as possible according to the instructions. You can find the evacuation instructions at the back of the entrance door of your apartment. When there is a FALSE alarm, please contact the reception of the hotel as soon as possible via +32 93 95 20 10.

Check-out is at 11 o’clock in the morning. We kindly ask you to give your key to the ibis Budget & Adagio Access hotel reception desk.

Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast buffet for only 16 euros per person. Children up to 4 years are free. Children between 4–12 years pay 8 euros. You do not have to reserve in advance.
